We ship from Israel and offer both domestic and international shipping to customers worldwide.

 


 

Domestic Shipping (Within Israel)

  • Shipping Cost: 39₪

  • Free Shipping: On orders over 199₪

  • Carrier: Private  Delivery service

International Shipping

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 5–14 business days

  • Shipping Cost: $25

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $99

  • Carriers: Israel Post and FedEx

Express Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping Cost: $40

  • Carrier: FedEx

 


 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven't received your tracking details or need help locating your package, feel free to contact us.

 


 

Delays & Lost Packages

We do our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes delays happen due to factors beyond our control, like customs clearance, courier issues, or holiday schedules.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking link first.

  • If there’s been no movement in the tracking for 10+ business days (domestic) or 14+ business days (international), reach out and we’ll investigate.

  • A package is considered lost if there's no tracking activity for 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international). In this case, we will either resend the order or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.

  • Please note: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
